We Love Weddings, We Do, We Do!
All the creativity surrounding weddings is so inspiring! Flowers, pretty dresses, great food, cake, heartfelt moments…what’s not to love?! But we must say, our most favorite part is the invitation and stationery.

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and, while our best Paper Source Valentine’s Day products are our paper Valentines, we thought you might like to hear about our favorite gifts for celebrating the season of love.
My personal favorite is the tiny papel picado garland. The paper cutting technique is done by hand in Mexico, by artisans who chisel through layers of tissue paper to create beautiful garlands. This mini banner would be an adorable addition to your cubicle or office for Valentine’s Day!
My sister Carla and her husband Kevin met in high school and got married in the White Mountains of New Hampshire last August. Carla knew from the start that she wanted birds to play a major role in her theme, and for her colors to be “blue, shades of blue, maybe blue and some bluish greens, but mostly just blues.” As straightforward as that sounds, it was amazing how many different “blues” we considered before agreeing on a final palette!
Everyone has a story to tell. Maybe you have precious memories to share, like the story of Hayley’s nephew? Or maybe you’re looking for the perfect expression of gratitude? Think of how meaningful it would be to have your story ready for giving on February 14th.
As far as lyrics go, this one is about the most perfect line you could apply to life…“All you need is Love!” And, while we often think this famous Beatles tune is merely a phrase pulled from the song, I hope the following story will inspire you to reconsider the power of a few well chosen words of love.
After another food-free crafting “lunch” playing with cool new product from the Buying team, and some talented creative work from the Crafting team, taking that inspiration and bringing it to life, we have our next round of card making “recipes”!
Have fun and do something creative for Valentine’s Day!

My dearest friend, Kelly, is having her first baby next month and I had the pleasure of co-hosting a baby shower in her honor. We wanted this to be a wonderfully festive and fun baby shower filled with special touches and unexpected moments.
Since the invitations were the first thing that guests would experience, we wanted them to be perfect. It’s so true that your invitations set the tone for your event – we received lots of calls after people received these, so excited to see what was in store. I printed the invitations at home using our Quilted Frame Embossed Printable Party Invitations, then mounted them to blossom flat cards. Enclosed with each invitation was a paper t-shirt, along with a note explaining to guests that they should write a special message to Kelly and decorate their t-shirt in any way.
Send your favorite fool rushing in this Valentine’s Day with our Hunka Hunka Burnin’ Love card. Utilize paper from season’s past or follow along with our color recommendations. Either way you slice it, this Valentine is better than a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
And you thought only teddy bears were lovable? This adorable little Panda makes a huggably sweet folded note- perfect for your Valentine sentiments! Created by the Paper Source Craft Design team, you can construct your Panda Love Card with colors of the season, or mix and match with your favorite PS colors. He’s just too cute to pass up!
